Nie odp na oba pytania. Podniesienie level cap a będzie w Isengardzie (Rise of Isengard) płatnym dodatku planowanym na listopad 2011. Gear u do kupienia za TP według zapewnień devsów lotro ma nigdy nie być (end contentowego). Jakieś kiblowate itemy na nieskie lewele można nabyć, ale to dla dekli ewidentnie bo za friko w grze do zdobycia są dużo lepsze. Ciekawostka: New Raid & Instance Content – We’re planning on releasing one raid with the Instance Cluster in Q1 and another raid and a couple of instances in the Anniversary Update.
