Plane of Justice
Punishers/Enforcers in PoJ
Past the High Guardians in PoJ are punishers (look like fungusbeasts from FG) and enforcers (look like rockfiends). There are four spawns in a short hallway and roughly 12 more spawns in the long "jail" room after that. The four spawns in the hallway can be soloed by root/dotting or with a DC pet. Do NOT go near the high guardians outside while killing them. The jail room can be held with a single group (55+ with a GOOD chanter), and the named Guardian at the end of the room will not assist. Do NOT click on the doors in the jail room, they will port you into rooms with aggro NPCs who do not drop parchments. The punishers/enforcers are KoS, enforcers rampage and punishers flurry. They are relatively low resist, snarable, slowable, and mezzable with GoK. Spectral parchments drop here on average 1 per 20 kills. This is by far the best spot for drops I have found, but is already permacamped on most servers.
Plane of Disease
-There's a mob in PoD called "
a putrid pile of flesh" that drops an ethereal parchment every time. It's a random spawn but is usually up once every 10 minutes.
-The putrid pile of flesh can spawn anywhere the goos spawn.
Myabe it isn't 100% but 7 kills got me 7 parchments.
-I've found that
the courtyard to the castle in PoD (inside the bone wall) is a great place to get exp and parchments.
Camp spot: If you're facing towards the castle from the break in the bone wall..follow the inside of the wall to the right. You will come to a corner. You can either set up camp there on a small hill or proceed further along the wall and camp there. It seems to be a relatively safe area. Nothing sees invis afaik.
Note: I duo with a 61 druid. Harmony pulling is very effective here, plus it helps to have another person to handle backup rooting duties and the extra DoT damage/regen is nice. Exp at 61 with 100% AA is 1-2% AA per kill while grouped with the druid. It was fairly easy to keep the area clear with just the two of us.
Mobs: Unsure on levels, blue to 61. Some will enrage. Max hits were 350'ish I believe. Unsure if they double or quad. Mob names are: Diseased Underbulks, Underbulk Defilers, Underbulk Crawlers, Lightcrawler Defilers, Lightcrawler Pests, Diseased Lightcrawlers.
Underbulk/Lightcrawler Defilers are SK's. They have a very small HT radius (think melee range but slightly smaller). HT is 900'ish. They cast very rarely..when they do it's boil blood/darkness/invoke fear. The only thing that landed reliably on me was boil blood (HP gear with avg 130'ish resists). All others are warrior mobs.
None of them seem particularly resistant other than a naturally higher resistance due to them being higher level. I did notice a few times where i had epic resisted 3x or 4x in a row. Standard root/cook. My DoT lineup was: epic, splurt, dark plague, pyrocruor, with vexing thrown in to heal up. Then a healthy dose of ignite bones bracer'ing (3x - 4x) until dead.
Important Note: Some of them will randomly regain 20-30% health when almost dead. I am unsure if this is a bug or intended. It seemed to happen most often when it broke root and started to run..then would aggro me and heal.
Keeping the general area clear netted us 5 parchments in 3 hours. We returned later and netted 3 more in a couple of hours. They can drop off any mob in the area, although it seemed like the 'a diseased xxxx' mobs had a better chance of dropping them, but I don't have any facts to back that up.
Sa to jedyne spoty ( w naszym zasiegu, nie mowie tu o PoV itd. ) warte uwagi. Niektorzy pisza cos o PoN i PoI ale drop rate w tych zone`ach jest slabiutki.
Apropo drop rate - z relacji ludzi wynika ze w PoJ parchenty spadaja regularnie a w PoD jest z tym baardzo roznie. Jedni dostaja 3 papier w ciagu 6h inni nic przez 12h...Nie wiem czy to kwestia serwera czy jak...No nic w kazdym razie to tyl. Bede ten topic updatowal jezeli uda mi sie znalezc cos ciekawego.
P.S Zematis uzna mnie za szalenca ale postanowilem olac EoT i leciec prosto do 65
