Panzar Europe is looking for community managers who know how to communicate with players. Community management is part problem solving, part information gathering, part marketing savvy, and a whole lot of customer service.

This means that the job often requires patience when dealing with angry customers, which in turn requires good verbal skills and knowing how to avoid misunderstandings, but most importantly it is about how to make the players feel good about themselves. This happens by making sure we are really listening to what they say and why, and making sure their concerns are heard. We want to build trust by being honest and open, and gain credibility for actions and attitude.

The duties include, but are not limited to,
1. Playing Panzar. We community managers are part of the community, and we must know what we are talking about.
2. Actively communicating with other players, and being there for them.
3. Finding out what the players want from Panzar, so the game can grow in the direction the players find most appealing.
4. Creating content for the community, including competitions, leagues, championship cups, tournaments, duels, theme days, and so on.
5. Building a long term community strategy that ensures that the players will have the best of times.

At this point, we are specifically looking for people who can communicate not only in fluent Polish, but also in excellent English.


Desired Skills & Experience

1. Madaratory - Community Managment for online games ;
2. Language skills in both Polish and English, written and verbal;
3. Goal-oriented individual who can demonstrate a strong passion for online gaming and online communities;
4. Active internet user (Facebook, Twitter, Youtube, etc.);
5. Problem-solver and team-player;
6. Fluency in other languages (specifically Spanish, Italian, Russian, German or Brazillian Portuguese) is plus;
7. Copyrighting skill is plus.
