ff sobie lezy narazie, przez jakis czas wogole sie nie interesowalem sprzedaniem, pozniej jak sie zainteresowalem to okazalo sie ze playerauction sucks, zeby aktywowali konto potrzebuja skanow karty kredytowej i jakiegos ID :lol: na ebeyu moge probowac, ludzie wymyslili cos ze wystawiaja niby tylko jakies "index card" (ktos wie o co chodzi?) i ze postac niby dostaja za darmo do tego index card jako gift zeby sie SE nie czepialo :lol: ale... hyh

okazuje sie ze uzalezniony nie bylem :P prawie mnie nie ciagnelo spowrotem :P zaliczylem cudem semestr, pobawilem sie na ps2, praca magiesterska jak nie ruszona tak nie ruszona :P kobiety jak mnie nie kochaly tak mnie nie kochaja :P za to ostatnio mam wiecej pracy i plytszy dolek :lol: wiec mysle ze od maja moze sobie na luzie, bez cisnienia pogram, bez zadnych dynamisow i hnm lsow... moze... Ino nie wiem jeszcze jak z addonem hyh

I've updated the Central Apollyon ffxiclopedia page a lot based on yesterday's fight. I also uploaded my video of the fight to huck's ftp site.

The most significant thing I noticed is that Proto-Omega switches between 2 and 4 legs every 2 minutes until 25% HP, at which point it goes into its final form. You can tell it's in the final form when it starts using Colossal Blow.

In both the 2-leg form and final form, it probably makes sense to Stun as soon as you see the special attack animation. It should be possible to stun Floodlight and Stun Cannon from the 2-leg form, and Laser Shower from the final form. Pod Ejection is very fast, so it should always avoid the stun. Colossal Blow is pretty fast, I'm not sure it's possible to stun, but might be if you just stun everything.

Blizzard IV seemed to do more damage (~618) than Thunder IV (~581), but neither was resisted very often. The one time Bodziu cast Fire IV it also seemed to hit for full damage (554).

It seems highly resistant to Dark; Blind and Dispel are both resisted completely. The BLMs were always near full HP when they Drained the 4 leg form, so I can't tell how much damage they were really doing, but definitely less than 1% of Omega's HP, whereas a Tier IV nuke takes off 2%.

Farming is best in the final form; before that you only have a chance of a gunpod every 4 minutes. Probably best to get it down to 3% and then kite as long as possible.

the slight diff in blizzard and thunder dmg might be because of +int on ice staff and bodziu's ice potency merits :-)

a wlasnie kitowaliscie czy tankowaliscie final form ?

Ostatnią formę kitowaliśmy, magowie zabijali gumpody. Była ich trójka (Bodziu, Fozhar i Revan) więc szybko sobie z tym dawali radę.

Xavery vokował pojawiające się gunpody. Walka poszła super sprawnie- z 6 Hi potków, stacka remedy i stacka echo zuzyłem jednego hi pota i 3 remedy- tego hi pota tez niepotrzebnie bo nie była to jakaś kryzysowa sytuacja nawet. Niestety mało sobie potankowałem bo dostałem raz specjalem za 1000 i potem walczyłem o odzyskanie hate a jak juz odzyskałem to Colossal Blow znów mnie pozbawił uwagi Omegi i dopiero znów na koniec dostałem hate.

Uważam, że spokojnie w mniejszym o 2-3 osoby składie można by walke powtórzyć. Może by była trochę dłuższa, ale z pewnością do wygrania. Sam koniec to było widać jak sie ludzie nie mogli doczekać zabicia Omegi i był happy trigger no ale ciężko się dziwić, zanim wpadniemy z Omegą w rutyne to jeszcze sporo wody upłynie :D

Val - when Omega is on 4 legs drain works really good - i drained more hp then i had left to cure, and it was 200+ for sure. So Drain if possiblem BLMs ;)

Hmm, the highest Drain I see in the log was you for 21HP. I suppose it's possible that you were out of log range at the time...

The three overlay windows are from FFAssist. Instructions on how to get it can be found at http://ffxi.archbell.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=1151

It takes some configuring, though; I can post my .ini somewhere if you'd like.

I think it will be very usefull for my whm but also for smn... Hastega, Phalanxga etc. works same way as Ballads.. :D
