hm so from what i understand...you zone into:
monastic cavern, altar room, qulun dome, oldtown movalpolis.
you get CS, and you will be sent to the according crafting guild.
the NPC will ask for some 2 items and 20k? after that you get a special item you will use in the actual headgear synth.
orc headgear: iron sheet + 2 manticore hair + 2 black pearl + wool thread + linen thread + the special item
quadav headgear: tiger leather, lizard molt, bugard tusk, wool thread, red grass cloth, 2 black pearl + the special item
yagudo headgear: 2 black pearls, yagudo feather, wool thread, bugard tusk, cockatrice skin + the spcial item(yagudo cutting)
goblin headgear: steel sheet, undead skin, sheep leather, moblin thread, 2 artifical lenses, linen cloth + the spcial item.
