anyone found the NPC to make bundles of ninja tools yet?


He is at G-10 in windurst woods up on a ledge. He is a galka named something Cloud if I remember correctly. He is the only galka in the area, I'm not sure if there is one in each city or not or if he travels with those people to the number 1 city but on bismarck that is where he is right now. So I would check that out first.

I assume he follows the circus performers, since on Bismarck he's in windurst.

He takes 99 of a tool + 1 wijnruit, and you can trade him multiples of the same tool just like arrows (i.e. shihei 99x4, wijnruitx4, =4 tool bags of shihei).
