Your Guide to Tonko: Ichi and Utsuseme: Ichi

The original map (in Japanese) can be found at Lonely Vana'diel. It was modified by me to be a little clearer, and in English.
The majority of the text in this guide is based on IcedWhiskey's walkthrough on the Allakhazam message boards.
Note that you will need to have your Norg fame fairly high before starting these quests. Accomplishing this isn't covered here, so read the Ninja forums at Allakhazam for more information. Now that that's out of the way, here is the step-by-step.
About Maps: The bold letters represent the marked locations on the map. Click on the map to see a larger version.
BEFORE YOU BEGIN: A QUICK-START CHECKLIST
You will need:
Norg fame (to get the quests)
One silver beastcoin
A minimum of 4 silent oils, 7-8 to be safe. OR a WHM who can cast Sneak.
THE WALKTHROUGH
Speak to Keal in Norg to start the Tonko: Ichi quest.
Use the Nomad Moogle in Norg and change your job to any level 1 job you prefer. This way you can keep trying without fear of losing XP. Also note that Silent Oil does indeed last much longer (perhaps almost twice as long) if you remove all of your equipment (weapons and armor.)
Head out of Norg (A).
Follow tunnel straight to door marked (B).
Turn right and head to the door marked (C), then continue to door at (D).
You will now be in a room with a boarded floor. Check (examine) the iron box (E) in the room to receive a key item.
Return to Norg (or just die) and talk to Keal. He will give you Tonko: Ichi (the Ninja's level 9 invis spell.)

Now speak to Laisren, who is behind the two shop-keeps in the main part of Norg, to start the next quest.
Again, exit Norg (A) and make your way to the door marked (B).
Now head to the area marked (F). The arrow indicates that you can only go one way here, as once you drop down you can't move back the other way.
Once you've dropped down, continue along the path to the door in the southeast marked (G). This door is at the back of the large cavern on the map, and is in between two waterfalls.
You'll have to examine the door about 6 times, the description should change each time. Eventually you will notice silver shavings around the hole in the door, then you can trade a silver beastcoin to the door to pass through. You will now be at (G) on Map #2. Note that you get to keep the silver beastcoin, it isn't removed from your inventory by passing through the door.
From here, simply follow the tunnel until you arrive at the cliff (H).
Once you've dropped down the cliff, follow this tunnel to the door at (I).
Again, examine the chest at (J). This time you will see a cutscene, after which you can exit the room.
You can now travel to (K) on Map #2, which will bring you to (K) on Map #1. From here it's a simple walk back to (B) and then back into Norg. Alternatively, you can just die again.
Speak to Laisren again, and he will reward you with Utsuseme: Ichi (the Ninja's level 12 blink spell.)
CONGRATULATIONS!
Additional notes: Every mob in this area senses by sound, so Silent Oils (or Sneak) are a must. Invisibility and deodorize are not necessary. You should be able to make both trips using 4 silent oils, but I recommend having 7-8 on hand just in case you get lost. You can always sell the extras. In addition, remember to find a safe spot to recast Sneak (or reuse Silent Oil) when it wears off.
