Przed chwilą sprawdziłem, można się logować na forum bez problemów.
Na Technical Support forum można znaleźć coś takiego:

I have not been able to login to forums for like a week , at first i blamed blizzard , been getting Login Failed error , I had made double sure my login name and pass were correct but still the error.
Finaly using Mozilla Firefox i went to tools options and Cleared all History , cookies , EVERYTHING , then tried to login , it worked and here i am posting ,
Hopefully this will help anyone that can not login.
