Greetings,

Following several reports of disrupting the in-game chat, we have issued the World of Warcraft account KUNDEL1000 a 3 hour suspension and issued the account a new password. No form of contact from you is needed as the account should automatically become available once the 3 hour suspension has elapsed. Please note that in case of any further reports in the future, the account may be disabled again.

A new, randomly-generated password will be emailed to you shortly. After you have successfully logged in to the World of Warcraft with this new password, please go to the Account Management page (https://www.wow-europe.com/account) and create a new, secure password.

It can take up to one hour for our system to generate and send the new password. If you have not received a password within one hour of this message’s delivery, please check your Spam, Junk or Suspect Mail folders.

If you believe that this suspension is incorrect or if you have not been playing yourself, please make certain that you secure the account. For more information regarding account security, please review the information below:

Account compromises are usually the result of the registered player of the account sharing his or her login information or playing on a computer that has a virus.

Please remember that it is your responsibility to keep your login information confidential. Any account that is registered to your name may not be shared with anyone except for one minor, of whom you are acting as a parent or guardian. You are also responsible for every use of your login information, whether authorized or not.

For your own protection, we encourage you to keep the following security tips in mind when using any computer on which you play World of Warcraft:

- Keep current with the latest operating system and other software updates.
- Make use of firewall protection if possible.
- Regularly scan for viruses, Trojan files, and key loggers.
- Be wary of "spoof" emails and websites and when downloading new software.

For additional security tips and information, please visit the following websites:

A password reset has been requested for the Battle.Net account associated with this email address. To choose a new password, please click the following link and follow the instructions: https://eu.battle.net/account/support/p ... B0BBFC6EAD

It is possible that the Battle.Net account has been accessed by someone not authorized to do so. After logging in, if you notice any damage to the Battle.Net account or associated game licenses, please contact the appropriate support department for assistance: http://www.battle.net/account/support

Please remember that it is your responsibility to keep your login information confidential. Account access can only be shared with one minor of whom you are the parent or guardian. Sharing access with anyone else is a violation of the game’s Terms of Use. You are also responsible for every use of an account on which you are listed as the registered player, whether the use was authorized or not.

Billing and Account Services can be reached directly through the phone numbers listed here. Information on telephone support hours can also be found on this page.

We encourage you to keep the following security tips in mind when playing a Blizzard game on any computer:

- Use up-to-date firewall, antivirus, and anti-spyware software to scan your system regularly for viruses, Trojans, and key-loggers.
- Keep your operating system and other software up-to-date and be careful when downloading new software.
- Be wary of “spoof” and scam websites and e-mails that pose as Blizzard Entertainment and request account or personal information. As a reminder, Blizzard Entertainment representatives will *never* ask you for your password.
- Use separate, unique passwords for your email, Battle.net account, and any other online accounts.
- Change your passwords regularly and keep Battle.net account information updated using the Account Management page at http://www.battle.net/account

If you are looking for an added layer of security, we currently offer the Blizzard Authenticator, an optional device that can help prevent unauthorized account access. Pewnikiem nie rozumie, co stoi w listach.
Spamowal trade chat, albo lżył kogoś osobiście.
Został zaraportowany i zbanowany.

Może on nie panimaju po angielsku? Spotykałem się z takimi anomaliami - ludzie grają w angielskie gry, a ani słowa po angielsku nie umieją... No może poza 'me no english'.

Podejrzewam że chodzi o goldspam czy coś w ten deseń. Chyba że reset hasła i mowa o compromised account to norma przy przeklinaniu, w co wątpie.
