Problem z subskrypcją

Dwa dni temu anulowalem swoja subskrypcje i po godzince chcialem sie upewnic, ze wszystko jest ok ale nie moglem sie zalogowac. Wczoraj obciazyli mi karte, napisalem do supportu i dostalem taka odpowiedz :

Pisałem na WHA i oficjalnym ale moje tematy zniknęły. Na WHA dostałem PW od kolesia z Mythica żebym do supportu pisał. Da się do nich zadzwonić ? Jak nie to będę musiał się do banku przejść żeby mi już kasy nie ściągali :|
