This idea involves Valor.
When the champion spawns you automatically(or manually) sacrifice all your Valor when you first hit the champion. You must be a Knight of Valor to Sacrifice.
No Sacrifice=No Chance for a Scroll. So basically you don't get a Powerscroll unless your Knight of Valor. And once the Champ is dead you are back to 0 Valor.
This way you can not activate all the T2A spawns looking for Rats, and activate Desipse one after another and just cycling it threw over and over.
BUT you will still be able to use Valor to activate spawns, but you will need to just work a Champ Spawn JUST for Valor, you will not be able to fight the champ of that spawn because you would loose all your Valor.
This idea will:
A) Get rid of all the altar campers, because they can't just sit around doing nothing.
B) Stop T2A from being totally activated and really laggy.
