We are currently receiving several hundred petitions. Although our staff is working as fast as possible, you may experience longer response delays.

When sending a petition for stuck issues, please make sure that you have tried the /stuck command before contacting us.

If you need information about the location of trainers, mobs or how certain skills work please ask your fellow players or visit the forums for information as our CCR's cannot answer gameplay questions.

In Shadowbane, players can kill steal, loot kills and train monsters on other players. This is a part of the game systems. [czyli juz plakali:E ...] While these three tactics can be frustrating in the newbie lands because PvP is inactive, rest assured that you will have opportunities to take your revenge and exact proper justice later on, onceon the mainland.

There is presently, in Shadowbane, a situation with a slight degradation in the client's performance over time. We are aware of this and are working toward a solution for this problem. In the meantime, we recommend, if you are experiencing slowdown or lag, that you restart the Shadowbane client.

Zyzebo from Wolfpack speaks out to the paying player base in regards to the server lag spikes, crashes and rollbacks. His post goes a long way to mollify the player base as they discovered what they "believe" to be causing the spikes. Player's are still unhappy.
Some guilds that were ready to plant lost up to 3 million gold and we hear that they and a full hundred members are ready to leave Shadowbane.

Arcadian DelSol speaks out on Shadowbane saying Vosx should be removed from his job as he called customers on the SB Vault Boards "moronic" for bringing to light issues they "report" to be having when creating accounts. The morons though do not provide hard evidence about billing issues they may have. A screencap is not that hard to do.
