Just to keep all of you informed on some of the things happening with the billing system.
Credit Card Problems
Another 1000+ credit card rejections have occured because the wrong zip code was placed in the billing information. Please use the address and zip code that the Credit Card is billed too!
Credit Card refusals: The ubi.com Billing Support staff can not assist customers whose bank or credit card company refuses to authorize their accounts, or is currently not in good standing. Users must contact their bank or credit card company in order to fix these issues. Note that a 1$ authorization is made on your credit card during account creation, but you will not be charged.
The Secure Billing Website
For users who get the "CD Key is Already in Use" error message. This happens usually during a time out error, and a user clicks back on the web browser and submits again. Don't worry if this happens to you. Simply wait 15 minutes, and the CD key will automatically reset and you can try it again.
