I apologize for the inconvenience that may have been caused by not getting your Raptr item. I've reviewed your account, and it seems that you may not have applied the code for this item to your account. You can use the following steps to claim and apply your code:
1. Go to the Raptr rewards page (
http://raptr.com/dashboard/rewards) while logged into your Raptr account.
2. Click ‘View Reward’ for the reward you would like to claim.
3. When you get to the page dedicated to the item, click the yellow ‘Claim it’ button.
4. Doing this should generate a code, and take you to
http://www.riftgame.com/en/promo/raptr.php5. Log into your account, and enter the special code that is generated.
Once you have added the code to your account, you will then receive the items in your in-game mailbox, after you have logged out of the game and logged back in. If you are having issues getting the code from the Raptr website, please contact their support team by going to
http://raptr.com/dashboard/rewards#support.
Please note that the free 30 days only applies to new accounts, as is explained (http://raptr.com/game/Rift/rewards/rift-storm-legion). If you have previously owned RIFT and received 30 free days in the past, you are ineligible for the free 30 days.
