There was one rule what say this Val, person can't get item if can't use them. Fozhar can't get more coin's from bank, and this same can't make upgarde and use item, loot on item can only person what can do use upgarded item and can upgarde item, if Fozhar have more coins in minus than is avaible for member this group ( -40 or -30 if i remeber correct ) Fozhar can't make another payoff from bank and this same way can't loot item if other person have coins for upgrade and have proper lv job to use item, also, Fozhar have lv 75 RDM ? If yes, why they go as blm on limbus ? And at least, if no one need item what is in treasuer pool atm , its free loot rule.
So, as you see, Pano prob have more coins than Fozhar so Panoramix have higher right to loot item, also, last time we do Omega Fozhar loot on item form boss, what break our rule about looting on items.

And there was old rule what say, person with more coins in bank can loot on item, and limbus group need help person get item before other task, if this person need item for upgarde AF's. Because we do twice run's for my item and i don;t have luck, i leave limbus team till we go to zone where is avaible item for RDM, or limbus team wana make for me runs evry monday or thursday
