No, he's not a new lider. It's not about lidership, but democratic vote and discussion. Awangarda, you're the only one with 1st rank here. We have to do Assaults we already have for you. As for now you didn't do good on both runs. Not having a staging point when we're doing Assa and then forgot and didn't tell others you won't be on. I don't know you, but you don't have good reputation in my friends opinion... That's why we need to discus few things.

Guess so Awangarda ^^;... I don't have an opinion in this matter so I won't vote for yes or no. And for others I wanted to underline that Jauron still didn't agree to the static itself, but only for joining us on next Wednesday. Awangarda, you missed few runs, maybe go random and use some tags to rank up. But if all agree to play with you in this static some more, you need few tags for Wednesday. Because you have only an hour 2 would be enough. So we could do 2 runs with you and 2 with Jauron maybe...

I'm keen to make this work for everyone, I see no reason that one missed run is enough to boot someone. Awangarda, can you explain why you weren't in WG as agreed? Oh, and Ama mentioned you might have trouble with some of the times, can you clarify that please?

I'm fine with 2 regular Assault, 2 Nyzul on Wednesday - but can I make the suggestion that if we fail an assault we retry it in place of a Nyzul run? I'm keen to make sure we complete them regularly.
