Note: Damage and Heal values are heal values from Arieste's logs (unless it's stated as the base value of the spell) and may include passive bonusses from his soul trees - e.g. Call of Spring 15% heal increase, and/or increases from buffs etc.
Note: Arieste had not engaged active damage increasers such as the channeled Entropic Veil for a 19% damage increase. Other souls can bring further active damage increases of 10%.
Tank Healing for Chloro
Lifegiving Veil: heals Tank via Synthesis Buff.
* Lifegiving Veil (specced): Heal is 80% of all Chloro Life Damage
* Synthesis: Lifegiving Veil Heal for the tank gains 150% healing passive increase.
* Natural Fusion: Lifegiving Veil Heal for the tank gains a further 75% healing passive increase
Nature's Touch: heals Tank via Synthesis Buff and via Lifegiving Veil. 6 second cool-down.
* 100% of Nature's Touch damage goes through Synthesis/Natural fusion resulting in a heal up to 350% of damage

* 80% of Nature's Touch damage goes to Lifegiving Veil to heal the tank through Synthesis/Natural fusion resulting in a heal of up to 280% of the damage.

* So you get two hits of healing for the tank per cast of Nature's Touch resulting in a Total Heal of up to ~630% of the damage done.

Radiant Spores: Heals group/raid members as proc when they hit a mob with Radiant Spores on it.
* Heals for 100% of the group/raid members procced damage hit.
* Specced heals for 30% of hits.
* With Stream of Reclamation channeling can rise to healing for 55% of hits.
Single-Target Healing for Chloro
Bloom: Instant Single-Target direct heal on 15 second cool-down. Used mostly as single heal for non-tank.
Essence Surge: 100% Heal - cool-down 2 minutes. (usually used for tank or somebody In-Combat Rezzed as it reduces Chloro healing for 12s)
Group Healing for Chloro
Lifegiving Veil: heals everybody in raid/group for 80% of all Chloro's Life Damage (specced) Note: Each hit of an AoE spell will heal separately through Lifegiving Veil.
Radiant Spores: heals any group member for 100% of their damage on 30% of their hits. (can rise up to 55% of their hits if the Chloro is channelling Stream of Reclamation).
Flourish: Big Instant AoE direct heal on 20s cool-down (Arieste's log shows heal of 690 per player)
Wild-Growth: Big Instant AoE Heal over Time on 2 minute cool-down. (Arieste's log shows Heal of 110 per tick for 6 ticks)
Withering Vines: AoE Heal over Time (with DoT attached) - can be used when balancing more toward DPS (underused though)
Natural Splendor: 44 Pt AoE Heal over Time for (base) 2108 per player over 8s. Cool-Down 2 mins.
