Admin mojego ISP umywa ręce. SE umywa ręce i mówi, że to problem ze strony ISP.
Sam sprawdzam route pakietów i widzę pingi po około 300ms (powyżej 200 jest ponoć "unplayable"). Od siebie z domu niektórych adresów nie mogę nawet spingować. Z łącza tasku z dużym latency.
SEL Agent kazał mi wykonać Connection Test w POL Toolsach. Oto wynik:

SER Wesley S: I would suggest running the PlayOnline System Information connection test. If any portion of that fails, with the exception of UPnP Port Mapping, the problem would be on your side, either by a firewall/router blocking something or an issue with your ISP. You can run the Connection Test by going to Start > All Programs > PlayOnline > PlayOnline Viewer Config. Click the System Information button, go to the Connection Test tab and run the test.

SER Wesley S: Yes, they had problems, and they fixed their problems early this week.

SER Wesley S: Its possible that Level3 is having problems. They are a backbone provider. A large backbone provider at that.

SER Wesley S: If Level3 is having outages, the only suggestion I can make is to wait until they fix their problems.

SER Wesley S: Your Latency is pretty high too.

SER Wesley S: The only suggestion I can make would be for you to contact your ISP and inform them that you are unable to ping or tracert to our servers. And inform them of latency problems. Anything above 200ms is generally unplayable.
Kamil Szarmach: its weird to me that i cannot ping some of Your ip's myself (like 202.67.56.121, 202.67.56.51) other ones i can (202.67.56.128, .170)

Moja prośba - sprawdźcie jakie wyniki da Wam ten test z POL toolsów.
Czy ktoś inny ma także problemy od kilku dni? Już powoli się załamuję i zaczynam się zastanawiać nad zmianą ISP. Tyle, że jako alternatywa to pozostaje mi tylko łącze radiowe od wieśniackiej firmy, Netia lub TPSA. W porównaniu do obecnej oferty - wszystkie wypadają blado.
